Learning to play a few basic tunes with the notes you can play straight is reasonably straight forward. its when it comes to bending notes that book explanations don't really suffice. But if you just wanted it as an accompaniment to another instrument a basic blues tune could be managed reasonably easily.
I also own a triangle.

I can play guitar and keyboard. And a bit of piano (I'm not great with my left hand. And don't put that in Innuendo Bingo!)
Liftime ambitions: Banjo, Piano-Accordian, Harmonica, Theremin

I can play trumpet, guitar, bass, and I'm decent at piano. I'm also taking up the violin soon.

Don't worry, Guitar Hero is for people that wish they could play guitar!

That's why I play.

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.

I play guitar and a bit of piano. I'm thinking of giving the violin a go. I've always wanted to learn it.

Another Tuba player!
There aren't that many of us about about. B&H Imperial BBb is my weapon of choice. I've never had the opportunity to try a sousaphone - an instrument you can't help but smile at.

Piano is the primary pleasure and hence church organ but I can make enough OK noises with a German concertina to play along with Irish pub music and have recently had an old zither restrung, so watch out for Harry Lime

As a child I was in a sub division of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra playing french horn and sometimes clarinet. I was also a virtuoso on the recorder lol playing in the Birmingham Schools Recorder Ensemble.
These days I am self taught on guitar and drums.

Havent played an instrument for a while but I was quite an accomplished Drummer and percussionist.
I played in a couple of different bands, doing rock, pop, swing etc etc. I do a lot of samba drumming and find ive been doing quite a few galas and processions recently.
