Does this effect has any original name ? Has it been published or marketed ?

I'm not sure if it's a marketed effect, but it's decent. The two camera cuts are completely unforgivable - especially since his display of the cards CAN be done without the cut being made. Also - this is just a personal pet peeve of mine, but the "fishtail" on the Elmsley drives me batty. It's such a giveaway, in my opinion.

If elmsley with his little hands could avoid it so can everyone really!!

I watched the video to find out what you were talking about and I see what you mean. Perhaps it's just a motor tick the guy has picked up, though, rather than something he's doing consciously.

Without meaning to sound overly harsh on the guy performing it, I thought that at times the sleights were a tad sloppy, but more importantly, the effect was really dull. By the end I couldn't remember what colour each card had started out as, and there was no build to a climax. I was half expecting him to show all the cards blank or something (especially given his terribly obvious off camera ditches, and the weird camera cuts) but instead they just kept changing back and forth, back and forth, so that by the end the changes came as literally no suprise.
