It's not uncommon for people to suffer allergic reactions to metal jewellery; rings, watches, etc. A friend of mine can't wear a metal watch because half his arm will swell up and itch like hell. You can get hypo-allergenic watch bracelets that help, though.

Anyway, to answer the original question, I once dropped a rather large and heavy PK magnet on my toe. It made me cry like a little girl. Image

I tripped while wearing a metal TT and my thumb hit the floor first the metal bent and then cut my thumb.

I got carried away doing the Bill in lemon once and managed to slice both my thumb and index finger wide open. The index finger was so bad I needed stiches and spent about 6 hours in A+E
