This is part of the abbreviations thing - certain 'words' automatically get changed. This is to prevent foul language being posted but has also been used to assign abbreviations to some names.

B um was what he asked for so he got it and the abbreviation for Mog is MOG (sorry - it was Mog's joke, not mine!) Will see if HT can be arranged for you (assuming Nick hasn't got in with it first!).

I can't claim that one I'm afraid!

The only thing is that it causes problems if you actually want to write b um, which of course you wouldn't because it is a crude word, you would naturally use deriere or posterior or *rse.

nickj wrote:'Tis all BaBaBoom's fault, he wanted an abreviation for his name so people didn't have to spell it our all the time, he suggested that he was BaBaBoom Ultimate Magician and so got the abreviation b um, others you can use are m dk for Mandrake, m dm for MagicDiscoMan, b f for Bananafish and b w for Boywonder!

I am indeed truely bum :)

edit-dammit b um, oh and I'm something else but I can't remember what it is :) There was a thread somewhere explaining it all.
