Deja Vu?

Has anyone seen this movie before?

I just watched it and maybe I'm over thinking it.

:Spoiler: If your planning on watching this don't read

Because of the ferry explosion, he has to go to that weird future watching place. Now when he sends himself back in time I get all that (sort of) If he goes back and stops the explosion and then dies. His past self than comes up to talk to the girl he saves.

So would anyone of that be happening? Because of the explosion he went back in time in the first place so if he stopped the explosion wouldn't that just be canceled out causing the ferry just to blow up? Maybe I'm tired and over thinking it, maybe I should just suspend my belief.

Ah well everything be canceled out would've made a better ending anyways.

Any thoughts, I always end up confused after time traveling movies.

I'm thinking I should just go to bed but we get free HBO this weekend for some reason so I'll either keep watching or tivo it. Now I'm rambling so, good night.

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.

Don't try to figure out movie plots that involve time travel because you'll give yourself a headache. Here's an explanation of the time travel paradox...

There's always, without doubt, a time paradox. It simply cannot be done.

What's even harder to understand is how so many people fail to grasp the explanation for how it doesn't work.
