Before the summer I remember talking to a TM member about psychology and magic.

HoweverI cant really remember much more of the topic or the members name.

discuss it openly, not privately. There may be others here (ahem - myself) who might be interested.

I love Psychology. For anyone that doesn't have any knowledge of it, this course on iTunes from MIT is great.

Christ on a Bike Deck, where do you want to start

My own interest is in priming, and in the use of cognitive biases and logical fallacies in reverse to slip information under the spec's radar.

Just finished my report on Perception and the ponzo illusion.

Trippy s***!

I like the attention stuff (I think misdirection would fall under that), preception and cog neuro.

Thanks for that link Houdini. The downloads free and you don't even need an account. And the tracks are long so I imagine there's plenty in there. I'm downloading it, I'l see if its any good.

My current interest lies in subconscious behaviour and 'backward' thinking, although Im nowhere near the kinda level you guys are talking at. A lot of the lingo is above me at the moment, but I'll get there.

Also, the Wiseman link was great. I've got the Quirkology book, but true to form, haven't got to reading it yet. Typical.
