Nice to see the ol' I.D. still wowing them all

! Pete's good but probably appeals more to a much younger market than old gits like me. It's always good to see magic and new performers on TV, we don't get enough of it. Does anyone know if that series is likely to be broadcast to the rest of the UK?

I'm pretty sure it's just for Ireland, however I did hear a suggestion from the producers that they might be doing one over here if the last one was a success....we shalll wait and see.
I was the oldest one there out of all the magi and i felt it too ha ha, was a young bunch. I even think Dynamo was in the older bunch of us!
There are four more to watch over the next month on tuesdays I hope you enjoy them too Mandrake old boy!

It's good to know that NI can produce such shows but a shame that, like the Keith Barry shows, they're only shown to a wider audience on Sky or Cable - with the forced change to digital TV that might not be such a problem in future. It's probably no use contacting the BBC, we're still awaiting a reply from about 6 years ago where they were asked about repeats of the Paul Daniels shows. We appreciate that there are copyright and contract issues to be resolved but suspect they're doing nothing at all. When Paul asked about getting some of the shows out on DVD he was told each one would cost in the region of £10,000.00 to provide! However, back to the plot - looking forward to seeing you in action next week, December 2nd 10pm Sky Channel 992 - or have we already mentioned that

I shall definitely be taking sole command of the remote control again next Tuesday, 10pm, Sky 992, BBCNI.
(Might have to ask Mrs.M nicely though....

I'm not the flashy card shuffler that the rest of the show had, i genuinely can't do them ha ha. And i feel less is more on tv sometimes. Less fancy sleights means less for the cameras to catch.....
So i went with mentalism. I'm a bit worried as this forum has some die hard mentalist on it and if they all see it may be picked apart at the seams.
We'll see
(if it's good i mihgt even get to venture in to the mentalist area lol)

No worries, just post away and see how it goes! This was actually a very good thread to start so you seem to be on the right track
