your not thinking logicaly....you have to make up the cigarettes to fit the case.
the problem with adapting a packet is, you will be forever updating the box, as new designs come in, containing gory photographs, whereas, nobody is going to question a case, ( which you have in your pocket) or box, ( which usualy sits on a table)
also, packets will get grubby, and old very quickly. If i was you, if your act suits a case.. use it.
