Very rarely does anyone get an ulcer these days, and AR is extremely common, as this thread seems to prove.

I too am a long time sufferer and manage it mainly with an actimil drink every morning. I also always have some antacid tablets at hand - whether in the car, by the bed, or just in a pocket - but by drinking an actimil every morning I rarely need them nowadays.

Well, I ended up at the hospital today after another bout of absolutely agonising pain.

8 hours of test and overall poking it took.
Eventually it turned out it's not acid reflux, the stomach aches caused by stress and the overall diagnosis was NSMSP

Non-specific muscular *something* pain.

Few days off work and some very funky painkillers and I'll be right as rain.
Apparently.

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

A over the counter drug called Zantac works for me.
