Hello to you all my name is Andy and I am currently running emagictricks.co.uk with my partner Chris from our shop in Bolton.
Laurence is retired now but is still involved as a Technical Adviser.
We are hoping with some help from nice Magishes like you to make the site into one of the best.
So any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.
Best Wishes Andy

Hi Andy

Welcome to TalkMagic.

I'd say that the emagictricks online store is already pretty good, but if you want suggestions I'd say that under the information details I'd include details of your store and if possible a contact phone number. A lot of people I know wont order anything online if there isn't a contact phone number.

If you are looking for suggestions for new products then how about looking into importing black and green nicycle cards. As there seems not to be anywhere in the UK that sells these at the moment you could be onto a real winner. Check out the thread here to see the excitement that it created.

Another suggestion would to experiment with re-itroducing the "auction" that Laurence started. I'm sure there is potential there.

Good luck with the store.

Simon

absolutely i echo what bannafish says also please were possible include sizes or add something to scale to the pics, as you will see from a lot of my posts size of props can be a big issue to us magi.

Hi I have taken note of the suggestions some of them are already in the pipeline i.e. telephone and shop address and pics .You will be able to order by phone if you like.
The magic for kids has been looked into and I am waiting for delivery of The Magic Spell Book, And Cartoon Capers.
The scale thing I had not thought about but you have a good point.
As some people will already know we have been making coin tricks for many years and we are going to be putting some new stuff in there shortly,
Your subjections will not fall on deaf ears if you can be bothered to tell me I will take notice. So what items do you want to see?
Thanks Again Andy

Greetings Andy - best of luck with the venture, hope you all get extremely rich as a result!

(By the way, I'm sure I heard somebody say that existing members of Talkmagic would get huge discounts. But I think that was me talking to myself - I do that a lot lately. Ho Hum  !)
