evening everyone, well I'm fieldy, 19, south east etc etc.

when i was a lot younger i was really into magic but didn't had the time or funds to look at it as a serious hobby, but now I'm at uni and have some [a lot] of free time and a job to go with it so I'm hoping to take it a bit more seriously, I'm mainly into card magic, sleights of hand and mentalism at the moment.

if anyone could point me in a direction for a good resource [dvd preferably] of card manipulations/tricks that would be good to start out with,

i've got a few trick decks but it's been so long since i used them that i don't know what to do with them haha, there may be a couple of topics popping up asking what are the standard sort of things to do with certain decks!

sorry for the essay haha,

stay safe

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

Hi and welcome to TM  .

A good place to start would be the DVD: "Royal Road to Card Magic".
Make sure you get the 5 disc version (by R. Paul Wilson) and not the 4 disc version .... it's quite a bit more expensive, but well worth it.

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??
