I think he sells it through his website.

To the best of my knowledge James didn't have a distribution deal and as Harry has said, it has been available through his web site.

There are or have been a few second hand versions about but I seem to recall that these are made to various sizes so if you buy second hand you need to make sure it's gong to fit.
