I recently acquired some DVDs by Big Blind Media, It was my first experience of a DVD by Big Blind. The production values of their DVD's is fantastic - easy on the eye and great quality.
One of the DVDs was Killer Gaft by Cameron Francis. The first time I have seen some of his stuff. Cameron has some really cool ideas here, including his version of 'Oil and Water', 'Signed card to card case' and 'The Following' using a principle from the Jay sankey effect ''The haunted card case'.
One of the delightful things about this DVD is Camerons personnality - Freindly, with a hint of child like cheekyness, His performance style definatly sells the effects.
The DVD comes with 16 gaffed cards needed for the effects.
The effects themselves are suitable for both amatuer and professional, and if your unsure of the 'ins and outs' of the sleights involved there is an section on the DVD where Cameron teaches all the sleights needed.
The only floor I could find was the set behind Cameron looks a little odd the grid and tubing is a strange choice. But this in no way destracts from the greatness of the effects.
If all the Big Blind stuff has this level of quality, its no wonder they are so popular
Overall a wonderful DVD, well worth checking out, I would give it 8/10
