Theres nothing worse than putting in a load of effort and being let down at the end of it, especially when its someone else doing the letting down....it can be very soul destroying.

Sorry to hear this tale - it has certainly put me off using Outlaw, which is too bad 'cause they have some nice stuff.

I guess Todd didn't post that this is being resolved and another shipment of books has arrived at his residence, with the balance arriving shortly.

This was a private matter between us and It also saddens me that I put Todd in a position where he felt he had to publicly air his private matter with our deal.

I'm also dismayed that someone could read between the lines of his post and conclude that he was "wronged" therefore no one should buy or trust me.

Todd is a respected member of the U.K. mentalism society and was my partner on Luna 1936.

That said, it was a business matter between us that was my fault, but does not reflect the nature of my business in general.

The truth is a huge amount of orders regularly ship to the UK and 98% of the time there are no issues.

Todd was angry and rightfully so, but to imply that because of his experience "everyone should think twice" ?

It's to bad I can't get the 3,400 satisfied Outlaw buyers to dispute that.

But thats the nature of forums, its the few unfortunate cases of people with problems (which I do take responsibility for, including the UK posts poor service for Int. packages)

That cause the biggest stirs.

Some day I'll make a .pdf of the 3,400 plus buyers that are happy, so I can post it on these type of threads :>)

Dear All:

Public disclosure has moved things along and I am pleased that the 3 books have arrived safely, and that more are on the way. It has always been a simple matter of payment for work.

I appreciate Rick's public admittance of wrongdoing and as I said in my first post, stand behind both Luna 1936 and Luna 1935, while I have nothing but admiration for the Luna Box.

I am pleased to see that amends are being made, and I trust that other affected parties that have contacted me are also being compensated in the ways that they expected.

Best

It took months for my Luna to arrive. Promises, promises, promises. Some things just aint worth the wait. I will never order from them again.

Hope you two manage to sort this out in a way that is agreeable to both.

My Hideout and Opus wallets arrived from Outlaw last week. There were delays, I informed Rick we were having postal strikes here in the UK, and Rick kept me informed that he was waiting for fresh supplies to arrive from his manufacturers in Europe. He sent them as soon he had made the necessary additions to them.

I can only speak as I find. I'm sure Rick doesn't need me to defend him as he looks big and ugly enough to defend himself, but they are quality products and I for one hope he keeps coming up with new ideas and brining them to market.

P.S. I looked at Luna as my mum did her psychiatric nursing training at Frien Barnet Hospital (as it was then known) in the late 50's. It put her off nursing for good. The building has now been converted in to luxury apartments.
