Beyond compare Terry Seabrooke

Postby daleshrimpton » Jul 8th, '10, 16:42

As some of you may know, British magical legend, ( and one of my favorite people on the face of this planet ) Terry Seabrooke isnt a well chap.

Indeed, Sadly He has Bowell Cancer and as a result is out of action at the moment.

By way of a fundraiser, Richard Kaufman over at the Genii has decided to release a digital version of Terrys excelent book Beyond Compere with Every penny, from every sale going to Old Terry,to help him get through the next few tough months.

Even if you have a hard back copy, Dont be tight, buy another one and help the old bu8ger out..

he really is one of the greatest ambasadors British magic has ever had!

That's very sad to hear...

I've just bought the e-book and had a quick 'flick' through. Looking forward to devouring it tomorrow. I do quite a bit of emcee'ing both at official work functions and in my 'magical'' guise, so I'm looking forward to a few tips!

Best Wishes to Terry and family

BUMPing this again....

Just read through the book for a second time - absolute class :-) Some wonderful anecdotes and invaluable tips for anyone who ever finds themselves in the position of an emcee.
