Hi Kevin,

To be honest im not really sure what to make of this.

It just lacked...... well, everything!

Maybe im missing the point or its just not my idea of entertainment. Im sorry this is so negative but i just felt sorry for you as i watched it and im sure thats not the reaction you want?!

I really dont know what to say and i guess im not alone on that.

If however you had eaten the table.............

I thought it was well made and crafted, which needs commending and I found it interesting so, well done :D . Although, I can empathise. Personally, I am extremley critical and I take it Kobain might be as well, so please don't be disheartened. I think the reason was that it tried to be quite theatrical and dramatic, but there was not time for the audience to invest in that before- it was just BANG and they're supposed to be taken on a journey with a guy they don't know. Personally, I believe a huge amount of theatre comes from the general atmosphere and context- something which largley needs to be controled well in advance of anything else- they need to invest and an atmoshphere needs to be established so that it can be interupted, because that is what a dramatic silence is for example- if you have not been talking, then it is no longer dramatic, but if you have been talking naturally and then...

stop, then there is an interuption. Ok, I am going on a bit over the details, but I am really splitting hairs, I thought it was great.

My post was rather negative,
The scene was set brilliantly and you had everything there. it just maybe lacked ...........argh i still dont know what!!

Maybe if the camera zoomed in and we saw the glass close up in your mouth, you grimacing as you bite into it, actually hearing the glass break in your mouth. that may be what could turn it for me.

There is something there tho so i hope you are not disheartened. :)

For first im not disheartened, i appreciate honest critisism and i was the one who asked for it so thank you for that!

Actually im not compleatly satisfied also, with the video. There was not really some kind of a deeper point in that and ofcourse the lightning went wrong as you can see.

If the demostrasion have somekind of a danger issue with it, you cant film it like 20 times straight to make the performance perfect. I filmed it actually 4 times and the last time i got a little bit injured, but it was my mistake.

After putting the video together we also looked that the shot was taken a little bit too far and we should have taken some close up's also or go for zooming the mouth. But the point why we did'nt cut it was showing that the bulb was real and not some kind of a sugar glass or something. So we went for the continious still shot.

It was basicly the first video ive made and i promise the next one will be much better! ;)
