Fiesta 1/8"/3mm/R3 Corner Punch

Not sold in the USA so I bought it via eBay from a UK scrapbook dealer. I think it cost me all of $7 USD and that included the shipping. I get the impression from searching online that these are readily available in hobby and office supply stores in the UK. Here in the States, finding a cheap corner rounder this small for cheap was a PITA. The "small" size for most cheapy rounders is the 1/4"/5mm/R5.

Anyway, this little wonder does the job IF you are rounding straight cuts i.e a short card. Unfortunately, it will not corner cards that have been cut at an angle i.e. stripped card. The alignment guard is too long. I am not able to modify the unit due to the mechanical design of the top and bottom meeting. Bummer.

It's still a solid purchase. Using the easy to find R5 sticks out like a sore thumb, IMO. This is way faster and more precise than nail clippers, files, etc. So long as you are rounding straight cuts, this is way cheaper than the bulky hand held units.

I have this. It conked out after about five playing cards. Avoid.
