I have a credit card/PIN number routine that flows from and into other stuff this allows for the introduction of the wallet
the very basic routine outline goes a little like:
"CONGRATULATIONS! You are the newest member of the exclusive bank of [insert your name here] ... picture a bank...imagine you get to the cash point and take out your wallet... now imagine the screen and in this box I'm drawing on this post it note (just like on the screen) I'd like you to enter your brand new 4 digit PIN (Don't use your real PIN of course etc..)... now keep the PIN safe with this high security restraint devise cunningly disguised as an elastic band... put it in your pocket/hold on tight between your hands etc"
you get the idea.

I then ask some apparent searching questions like Was it a colour screen on the cash machine you imagined?... or If you could dictate then what would be the credit limit on your new credit card? etc
(as if your psych profiling them)
The explination reads a bit limp but it's a presentation that works for me.
