anyone with a version of a split and a ] may have dsicovered this but using the old dodge of adding the head to the ] to make a DF'er, make it up as a regular then add the tail to the front then you get a locking 3 way you can toss from hand to hand without the anoyance of dislodging a shim ].
works well with my £2 setup, cant try with my half as i don't curently have a ].
