I've blocked this evening out so I can attend. 8)

Regarding tomorrow (Thursday) - I can make it at about half six or seven. I'm bringing a new magic initiate with me.

The closer to St Paul's/Bank/Moorgate, the better for me.

We've been told at work that all travel is cancelled pending an 'announcement' on Wednesday.

So it looks like I won't be in London on 18th after all.

Depending on the 'announcement' depends whether I'll be down in November or not. Fingers crossed.

I may be alright for tomorrow...the closer further East along the Central Line the better...Liverpool Street ideal but not essential.

How about the Kings Arms?

Right near LIverpool Street and handy for me from Moorgate.

I'm up for tonight... BIG TIME!

Thursdays can be quite busy but possibly I can get to the pub at maybe half five to 'bag' a table.

If so, how about the John Snow in the middle of Soho? Cheap beer, youngish crowd but not too young. Upstairs has a fair few tables.

Liverpool Street, Kings Arms sounds perfect.

That would be two changes on the tube for me. What do you like about that pub?

Just looked it up on google, and can see from a photo that it's a pub I went to a few weeks ago and was served a very rough pint. maybe I was just unlucky.

I think central London is best because then everyone can get there with probably just one tube journey. Soho you've got several tube lines with stops all around it.

It's walking distance from my work and there are plenty of tables and couches. I found the beer fine last time I was there.

I'm happy to go with the democratic vote though.

I need to go to Liverpool Street, Steve and his mate are near Liverpool Street...I'm good with that. Pretty democratic.

I can't argue with that!

And I've just figured out a way I can do it in two tube journeys instead of three.

Any time is fine with me. Can you confirm that that's the pub? I've seen two different Kings Heads come up in the Liverpool St area...

Laurence - got your text. As above I'm currently up-in-the-air regarding work so don't know when my next London trip will be.
