hawkins arm chopper

anybody seen Hawkins Bazaar's latest offering in their magic range?
they are selling an arm chopper, for........ten pounds!
not only are they selling this far to cheaply, the flipping packaging has the full instructions, and workings on the outside of the box.
Its ruddy nuts!

I saw that, was considering getting one, till I saw the price... 
Looks like a good deal, some good effects could come out of it (maybe)
