One slight hiccough is that I lost my wallet on Tuesday. Replacement bank and credit cards are on their way but it will delay my own gift purchase....

As for anyone who may be thinking about buying me something I am into close-up magic, science and sci-fi, gadgets and gizmos. The dafter the better!

Who wants my address so that they can send me my Secret Santa iphone, games console and new car.
I have a large tube of smarties, and some chocolate money already wrapped up waiting to send in return.

P.s. Merry xmas to you all.... or is that a bit too early ?

Well, my Secret Santa gift is in the post. I'm afraid it will be obvious to the recipient that it was from me. On the plus side, it's worth more than a tenner ;)
To the 'lucky' recipient - don't open until Xmas!

Ooooh, are we not allowed to open until Christmas day? Not sure I'll be able to withstand...

Well, I assumed that was the rule but I'm more than willing to be overridden by Alec ;)

EDIT: Now where's *my* present!!!

I thought it was going to be a December opening?

Hmm we have a number of options.

1. We open on receipt.
2. We wait until EVERYONE has received their gift then we open and react online en mass!
3. We wait til Christmas.

I think my vote would be for option 2!

How does everyone else feel?

@ML: Haha :)
I opt for #2 also. It's like an office party rather than a family one.

Agree with option #2 also.

Obviously, although my kiddie-side is saying OP ASAP, GODDAMNIT, I think it would be kinda nice to select an appropriate day/rough time....maybe the evening of the day before Xmas eve? :D
