Postby rix & his tricks » Jan 2nd, '05, 16:11

has anyone got the Musketeer Coin trick, available at emagictricks.co.uk

http://www.emagictricks.co.uk/product_i ... ts_id=4714

1 Coin, 4 Effects!
This coin makes coins across and coins through table very easy.

Musketeer is a coin that takes all the hard work out of coin magic and it can be used for many effects. Comes with instructions for 4 effects: Coins Through Table, Coins Across, Torn And Restored Coin, Bitten Coin.

i dont have a lot of coin tricks, so i was thinking of buying it but dont know anything about it. Is it any good, is it worth the money(£18). easy to do close up, do people work out how its done, is it easy to fool people.

any help good or bad would be most helpful

if you need to use uk coinage then its a good buy but still a bit small for most of the effects and dont even think of the ten pence version way to small.

I have heard. I think Amazon is probably the best place to buy or is there somewhere insanely cheaper?

Try www.bargainmagic.co.uk for a selection of prices but bear in mind that it doesn't always pick up on all the sites which can do the book. I usually check via their search function but then visit the sites listed individually and see what's on offer. Failing that, Waterstones, Border and other 'real' bookshops usually have it available and there may be sale offers at the moment.
