It's been a while, let me dig out some notes I have from a few years ago and see if I can contribute :)

spooneythegoon wrote:Ok, just off the top of my head, I have:
A full coins to glass routine
A presentation for the colour changing knives
A 2 coin routine (2 routines of this type)
A few card bits

And probably quite a few more, thats just what I can remember at the moment. I will look through my notebook later, and send effects in as I write them up (which may be a slow process, as I have little time!). Very excited about this idea! :)

Just found a few more, so I can now contribute the above, as well as:
An ungimmicked card to wallet routine
A fun little mental piece
And a short spellbound sequence

Did the 2 coin routine I sent download ok?

How long should submissions be, in terms of pages/word count? I have something I'd like to submit but it'd be good to have some idea of how long it should be, so I can edit it to that length?

As long at it needs to be.
I've got a couple of tricks that are explained in 1 paragraph and one of my own submissions could run for 10 pages (depending on the formatting).

I realised in bed this morning (which is when I do most of my thinking) that I have some notes which could be expanded into a contribution. I'll have a go at it later. Not sure if it'll work without photographs, though.

By the looks of things we're going to have to include photos/illustrations so please include in your submission
However, we're probably going to go with black and white only so if you send in colour photos coudl you check if they still work OK once editted to B&W?

Thanks

I noticed that you've joined my folder on dropbox and hopefully you like the moves / routine I've provided.
I also encourage others to send their routines in. Creativity is useless if you just keep it to yourself.

Apologies from me, I do have a routine or two that I'd rather like to submit for consideration but have yet found the time to put my thoughts to paper. Do you have a final date for submissions for the book?

No final date as such but if you could put something together and submit it asap it would be very much appreciated.

Hello,
Would there be any issues with sending in a trick of mine that has already been published, or that is soon to be published in a magic magazine?

Thanks,
Sam
