Does it bend

Postby Plutonium100 » Oct 22nd, '07, 21:34

I just got my Porper card clip . Will it bend out of shape, and if so how do i prevent this? Also if you put a black tiger deck in it will it screw it up?

No, it'll keep it's shape, because of the way it's manufactured.

Black Tigers are too thick, although I think there's a special Porper clip for the "thick" decks.

yeah, it was said eariler. since ellusionist created the thicker decks (tigers/ghosts/etc) they made their own porper deck as well.

How long is a piece of string?

The clip protects the cards from damage when not in use, particularly if you keep your cards in your jeans pocket. It's the time that you use the cards and how you treat them when they're out of the box that will wear them out.

no they dont.

and the E clips...are they not just card clips, and not porpers? I think although they protect the cards, they do not have the same affact as the good ole porper clips...

especially my "limited edition only 100 ever made in the whole world" design of porper clip 8)

An expended Porper - that's really cashing in - even for E!

I'm waiting until they release the double deck reversable black steel super E clip with adjustable spring loaded deck release mechanism and personalised engraving!

I emailed them today and they've put my name on the list and took a deposit.

Brad said that they're (him, wayne and Danny G) will be starting to film the promo video in the new year and this time they're thinking of doing something in black and white cos it looks rather moody and besides, the grainy clip disguises the cheap welding that is being specially put into the first edition which will have a limited run of 1,000,000 units.

There's already a second edition in the pipeline with the tidied up spot welds that will have an added UV coating for those unlucky enough to miss out on the first editions. I'm sure that it will look just as awesome and I can;t wait to watch the first YouTube vid of someone coming home from high school and opening theirs up in front of their web cam.

How lucky we all are to have E
