Review

Like any other teaching DVD Mr Ammar 1st performs the trick & then explains it. He then opens the floor to questions & this is where it falls flat, in that you can't hear the question asked though you get an idea by the response that Mr Ammar gives.
I have explinations for most of these tricks already from his book "The Magic of Ammar" but it is really nice to see them performed live... that & I bought the VHS on special from his site for $10

Overall

As has been said before, Michael Ammar is an excellent teacher & this DVD is no exception.
If you don't already have any of Ammar's stuff then this isn't a bad way to go as these are all gr8 effects

Nice quality review I just ordered it from penguin and I am looking forward to seeing it. I also have his easy to master card miracles number one and was wondering what other dvds of his that you would recommend. I have heard volume 3 of that series is good

Sorry for late reply, I haven't been on the site for a couple weeks
I'd recoment anything by Ammar, He is one of my favorite teachers.
Here are some of the other teaching vids I have from him
Early Ammar (1-4) - This is the stuff that made him famous each tape concentrates on a different aspect of magic Cards; Coins; Stand up.
Complete Intro to Coin Magic - one of the best coin videos I've seen (Ok ain't seen all that many cos I wasn't all that interested in coins) But he not only goes into detail of the trick, but also the psychology behind the trick (this is why I really like Ammar)
Topit DVD Ammar is considered to be one of the worlds leading authorities on using the Topit & from this DVD you can see why.
I also have his book The Magic of Ammar & the e-book of Encore 3 which are both excelent
