I have just imagine aswell, I have also written a reveiw about it.
In my opinion I think that done with the right presentation, it can be a mind numbing MENTALIST effect.
And I challenge anyone who says that Sankeys presentation is bad, or that he is not a good mentalist.
I prefer to use the method Jay describes with the symbols, and no the spectator does not forget what she chose. But I switch about a bit with the handling. One method you take the card out of the envelope and turn it over on the deck. This obviously uses a sleight which I wont mention. Even though I have no problem with the sleight he does give another method were you supposidly take the card out of the envelope and just drop it on the table. Both methods are as good as each other to the laymen.
