Well....it only cost him £100 ! And notice he gave it to a kid.....makes the whole 'trick' more credible that he is 'mind-reading' in the first place if he gets it wrong once in a while!! Nice one Derren - keep 'em all guessing :)

And a comment on the 'Red BMX' and Derrens explanation of how he 'did' it FOCL - give the watchers a credible and believable explanation of how it's done and it makes the whole effect credible AND (more importantly!)stops you thinking further on how it's really done........trust me!! (Coz anyone on this forum who is into 'Mentalism' will always smell a rat as soon as any small brown envelope with billets pops into view!)

Again - I will be watching young Mr Browns new series avidly just to watch his neck grow longer and longer and the excellent way he puts his own stamp on some great routines!! WELL DONE DERREN!!

I agree with spurmans comments, i reckon he let that kid win, you need to think logicaly about how he knew how much money was in there wallets, he either... used he skill as a pick pocket first !!! (i reckon this is how he know what was in that guys wallet.. two stamps missing etc)
or a swami but i didnt see a switch... amazing though :)

I didn't see a switch either, but I think (THINK) that I heard something just after a scene cut.

I'm pretty sure he used his skill as a pickpocket to see the wallet - it was just too good, see what I mean?

I like the money, despite it being, Brown envelops and billets (but remember a lay audience doesn't know about that.)

The BMX, was am-azing. All my friends, have told me they'll be trying that, on their brother or cousin - and i told them good luck, but it'll never work unless they're a trained Neuro Leinguistic Prigrammer, at which point their told me to shut-up and they were doing it anyway, it would work...HA!

I saw the wallet prediction on max magic, but in max magic, the guy kept the paper in his hand the whole time. Derren handed the envelope over straight away after writing on it. how did he do it?

Must have been magic or mindreading.
