Hello there Mianon,

I suspect you're going to think I'm about to put you down, but how about something interesting instead, like a way forward? After all, why would I type so much just to dis you?

A good idea, just like in magic, is what you need. This is the raw clay from which you will create something wonderful. You have raw clay, so you're hitting the ground running. How, though, do you get it up in the air and generating its own lift? Clearly, clay won't fly. Alone, you can't run fast enough.

Like coming up with a new trick, the clay of your idea needs honing into something that takes as little effort on your part as possible to fly and gets the biggest WOW! factor possible. People buy wow. That's why they say "do that again".

You see, when a dentist comes at your apprehensive mouth and stabs it with that sharp needle, he needs to know where to inject you first time every time. Incredible as it sounds, he always knows where to jab.

An injection of cash only works if you force the plunger down in the right place too, and then the pain's gone. Your dentist knows all about gums and the nerves he must numb before he can go at you like a mad B&Q enthusiast on acid. After all, your screaming hurts his business, and reputation is everything in dentistry.

But your investors don't know about gums. They want to inject cash into something that will sell. If they could sell dancing teeth, they would. That's all they do. They're either cynical or stupid and you can't change that. They see raw clay, not something ready to roll and generate cash for them. Reputation in investing, like dentistry, is everything.

This is why Simon Cowel looks so p***ed off during open auditions. He just wants you to bring him something he knows he can sell to the rest of us with minimal effort. He's an investor, and what a great feeling when he says yes.

So, how do you get from raw clay to generating cash? Well, you have an idea. Most haven't; hence Mr Cowel's scowl.

Interestingly (I did say it'd be interesting), you live in one of the most vibrant and changing cities in the UK and have a massive advantage over the likes of me: time, and plenty of it. Time makes you rich.

You also have google. type in the words Sheffield and Business. The club looks friendly enough. If they get the wow factor, they'll start shaping the clay for you, and will help you find local sources of better, shall we say, "pottery" skills. Some of these have an awful lot of cash to invest.

And remember: Pokemon was not so long ago raw clay being rejected, and failure in Japan can mean real shame. Look at it now, because he who dares wins. Del Boy could have made it any time he wanted, when you come to think about it. If you fail, there's no shame in trying and potential riches next time. Go back repeatedly with a better proposition and a better proposition until they say yes.

Okay, that's all a bit cryptic, and you're wondering if I'm pulling a number here. I don't blame you, but if that's the setup, where's the punch? Well, there is none. No pie in the face.

I hope you find sense in what I've written. Your success is the punch. You hold the pie.

Perhaps this has to do with the fact that last time you were here you threatened him with physical violence, and as a result of that and numerous other misdemeanors you were banned. You have made it clear that despite our wishes you are not going to just go away and leave us alone in the polite, non-aggressive and mature company of the other members of this forum.

I am not going to lock this thread nor even ask people not to respond to it, just to bear in mind that Ben was banned for a reason a number of times under different usernames but has unfortunately failed to take the hint that we don't want him here.

Whilst we don't really like dragging up past history, in case any of the newer members feel we're being harsh, Nick's comments above refer to only part of the trouble Ben/Mianon caused here on TM. His reference initially to a 'business deal' reminds us all of his previous attempt to establish an exposure website as well as being personally abusive both in the public area and by PM. We still have those message on file for reference. This attitude meant we had to ban him and this is not something we do lightly. As a general policy, posts and threads from Ben/Mianon are just not acceptable and I for one can't understand why he continually tries to come back to a forum where he simply isn't welcome for reasons already stated. Use of the phrase 'Moving on' from someone who can't do that himself is, to say the least, curious.

We don't have time or inclination to deal with this issue in the impartial way we tried the last time so don't be surprised at anything which may, or may not, happen.

Straight after the smoke machine a wandering spotlight always looks good for that 'searching for a villain' feel.

Anyone got the 'Mission Impossible' theme tune ready?

Have PM'd you as requested but it's no big deal - just the old silly stuff which isn't going to be tolerated any more.

within a year or 2 i will be a fully trained ICT consultant on £40+ an hour...

you may want a paper round all your life but i dont....

and if you guys cant give me another chance here then fine i will keep coming back but next time you wont know who i am and well who cares!!!!

Because, in less than 12 posts you were recognised and launched another of your trademark attacks on a member.

If you come back as another user you will be welcomed as always, but if you continue to post in the same manner you will be recognised again by your aggressive nature.

I say again, if you contribute to the forum in the manner everyone else does then no-one here will have a problem with you, it has happened with other users who changed their attitude and it can happen with you too. If this post is left to die your previous form will die with it.
