The Simple Ones Are Alway The Best!

Postby Jordan C » May 20th, '05, 22:17

Do you know what? I bought Instant Reverse on ebay where 2 playing cards are shown and folded around each other. As you push one end of the card thru the other it instantly reverses from face up to back up (if u understand me!!)

Well it only cost me £1.50 but it packs as much of a punch as my favourite trick In A Flash. Just goes to show, you dont have to spend lots of money on a trick when something simple and effective can pack as much if not more of a punch than the more expensive ones!!

Simplicity rules, its about what you see at the end of the day!

Sounds like Roy Walton's Card Warp to me too...

Try Green Warp, it's the same only using a card and a currency note....it's detailed in Richard Kaufman's Collected Almanac or maybe available to buy as a seperate item! :)

Or some people do Card Warp with Jumbo Cards....Eugene Berger for instance....

Paul Zenon did Card Warp in jumbo on his kids program many years ago.

Having just written elsewhere on the forum what I carry when performing, Card Warp is an absolute must and a knock out.

If you don't have it, get it. I always have 20 or 30 set up in a wallet ready to go. Its a killer, and you can repeat it.
