When I do street magic and I see a person and wanting to do magic to that person I dont want to come up to then and say. "hi how ya doing can I show you some magic tricks" The thing is I want to talk a bit more before I do some magic tricks to them but sometimes Im a bit shy.
I don't know what to say to them. If you could help me I'll be very happy. thanx] (I just want to know people)

I'd work on building rapport with them.

Hmmm...I would think of some way to break the ice naturally first. Most be get stopped in the street and get asked for directions, what the time is or for a lighter. Then maybe use one of these to go into patter. eg if you ask for a lighter go into a cigarette trick, cigarette through coin perhaps?

Another thing to do is just perform something repetitive but visual such as the Hummingbird Card or another levitation. Then, when somebody approaches you to watch, show them something. They've shown that they're willing to watch some magic, so you can avoid having to ask them.
