Good call on the letraset Tenko, because you can't actually buy testor's dullkote in aerosol form any more in the UK, at least not last time I checked. I've never tried with the paint on fluid but I imagine it's harder to get such an even result.

Unable to find any roughing spray I typed "Letraset 102" into google and got this as the second result!
