How do you actually move your hands fast enough to change cards, switch cards etc?

Any specific tip on how to practice changing cards?

Mostly it isn't about fast movement, as if things don't look natural you will be spotted. Mostly it is about understanding mis-direction.

However - fast and smooth only comes from practice, practice and more practice.
