Blimey... where to start on the Pass. I've often wondered how such a simple move has produced so much material about it.
First of all, you're going to have to get a good source for learning this sleight... and it's going to take practise. Doesn't take long to get the basics down, but it takes time to get it smooth, and invisible.
Are you a book, or DVD person?
Book-wise I'd go for 'The Pass' by Gary Oullet. I have it and it's a good reference for continually improving your Pass.
DVD-wise I'd go for 'On The Pass' by Richard Kaufman or 'The Pass' by Ken Krenzel. They are both old videos, nothing fancy, but they are pretty thorough. If you search the reviews section, I have posted articles on them both.
