looks real good man, although i like doing mine right side up, with the backs of the cards on top. i did one and put in a gif. file, it took me like two weeks to learn this haha.

it's real jumpy because i took alot of frames out to make the file smaller, so it's actually faster than shown, but of all the flourishes i know, this is one of my favorites.

I hear what you're saying about watching TV whilst learning, but then we all learn in different ways anyway.

If my mind is concentrating on the TV, and I can pull off one-handed shuffles without thinking about it, then I feel I have learnt the move well.

It's all to do with muscle-memory, which is what we learn at Tai Chi. By constant repetition of moves, slowly and over time, not only do you remember them well, but your muscles get stronger, and they remember the moves, until you can do them without thinking.

I'm a long way off that yet though, but that's how I apply myself to learning card moves. That said, it may not work for anyone else but me!
