I don’t know about you, maybe it's because I work with slight of hand a lot but this is very very simple to figure out
I got the technique after the second time watching criss do it on the episode on the show.

To tell you the truth I don't think such a thing worth so much money, there are a lot more impressive things out there ether impromptu or not that cost a fraction of this.

Am I reading this right - the coin is stuck inside the can and is too big to fit through the ring-pull opening ??

Jeez I hate these tricks where I can't suss 'em :x . With most tricks I can usually work out some kinda explanation (even though I probably wouldn't be able to actually perform most of 'em !!).

The only logical explanation (in my mind anyway !!) is that somehow the coin is slipped in the can through the ring-pull opening, but I've watched the vid quite a few times now and I don't see it, and if the coin is too big....... oh well I give up lol

Hmmm now where did I put my credit card ??

EDIT: Just as an afterthought - I don't suppose you can pass the unopened can to the spectator to open ?? Hmmm, thought not !!

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

Good for you. I suggest you don't buy it.

However, the people watching you perform it probably wont have a video player so they will just get one chance, and from the experience I have had performing it, it goes down a storm. For me it's strength is it's impromptuness, in that all items can be borrowed (although I admit it helps to carry a sharpie on you for signing it, as most people don't have one of those!)

I rest my case...

Seriously I'm not having a go at you, but I would suggest the first time you watch a demo vid of something like this you don't try and work it out you just try and enjoy the experience of seeing magic. Try and see it from the spectators point of view. If you still think it obvious then fair play.

I like this effect. I like it alot and personally I feel it is great to have in my arsenal of magic.

You dont shake the can to create alot of bubbles and slip the coin in as you open it?

Does the coin fit through the hole?

Think about it :D I've been trying extensively over the last few days. I think my brain is going to explode

May I remind you all, that this forum is not about getting together and trying to work out methods of various effects. Obviously we all do that to a certain extent in our own minds, but please let's try not to do it in public. There may be (looks from left to right), lay people watching.

I'm not trying to find out how the trick is actually done - what I'd like to know is:

1. Does the spectator's coin actually end up in the can (ace of kev posted that the coin disappears !!) ??

2. Does the coin fit through the hole in the can ??

3. Can the can be handed out for examination ?? (I'm sure I read earlier that it can be handed out and the spectator can rip the can apart to get their coin out !!)

It may sound like I'm fishing but I'm seriously thinking about buying this and I don't want to spend £20 unecessarily - depending on the answers to the questions above, depends whether I buy it or not.

Oh.... 1 more thing - what is the difficulty level plzz ??

Soz 4 being a pain :?

Sorry, I meant that when he slams the coin against the can, where does it go?

Yes. It actually ends up in the can.

2. Does the coin fit through the hole in the can ??
If you shake it enough at the end, it probably would come out, but certainly the reaction I am finding is that the spectators perceive it not to fit.

3. Can the can be handed out for examination ?? (I'm sure I read earlier that it can be handed out and the spectator can rip the can apart to get their coin out !!)
Yes it can. It's super clean.

Oh.... 1 more thing - what is the difficulty level plzz ??
Easy - but it still needs a lot of practice to make it smooth and believable.

That's fishing my friend...

I have my theories as to how this works. So i had a look in the mirror while practicing the first "move" a couple of times and was really impressed by the effect of it. So i think i will probably pick this up this weekend and learn the full routine.

Anybody else still mulling over the method, dont worry about it. Just think about the effect, think about the reccomendations and how it is completely impromptu and if that sounds good to you (and you could see yourself using it shell out £20 for it!

No i dont have £££££'s to spend on magic but if you see something worthwhile buy it. I get the feeling that this effect is one too many people will see then create there own version. well aslong as you can sleep at night.

P.s if my imagined method doesnt turn out to be the supplied one, save your money for my release in the new year :D
