Watch the Jeff McBride series, this is all pretty much taught on there. In fact, although it all LOOKS impossible, it's actually quite easy if you practice.

NOT suggesting I can do it all that smoothly—this guy is certainly very talented! But just trying to let you all know, you can do this at home.
