Hi,

My local magic society (Leamington & Warwick) are having this guy over on Wednesday to give a lecture. Just wondering if anyone out there has been to see him before, whether at a show or lecture. Thought I might pop down and see if the society will let me sit in. I did send them a few e-mail recently but have had no replies, so it is a bit of risk, but it might be worth it.

Will let you know if they allow mein, and write up a short review if i am succesful.

Pete

On the LAWMS web site, it says that guest fees are a tenner for the lectures, but it doesn't say whether you need to be the guest of a member !!

I might give one of the committee a ring and see the score. Will let you know what i find out.

Mahoney,

Just spoke to the show director, and he says it wouldn't be a problem, as long as you pay the lecture fee. Says it might also be an idea to meet the president, and just let him know you are there.

Might see you tomorrow

Pete
