Satisfaction Guarenteed

Postby stevebo » Jan 19th, '06, 18:39

Right, this is Daniel Garcia's Satisfaction Guarenteed. This is an all backs routine which I use all the time. I love it.

I also made a slight variation to it but I don't do it in this video.

This isn't as well presented as it could be because mainly I had to change the patter and everything for the video. I had no spectator so I had to change it a bit. Also, I don't have the clearest of voices so bare with me. I do say face down alot when I mean to say double sided. Sorry!

Comments welcome! :D

Satisfation Guarenteed

edit: sorry about the glare too!

also, I know that second card switch is blatantly obvious but obviously I do it under misdirection usually.

I liked it. I am currently learning this trick at the moment having got DGP 1 for christmas. I can do it, just practicing at the mo. I liked your Ego Change at the end, very smooth.

I was born with Multiple Personality Disorder. Luckily, they are all me, they just dont always get along...

Nice effect. The revelations are nicely done, and the change for the Queen was great (as usual - your color/card changes are incredible -BIG FAN-).

On gripe I have, and purely from a magic standpoint - is the convincing display of the double backs. I can say with a good degree of certainty that a layman wouldn't pick up on it, but there are a few ways to add a little more to it, making it a bit more convincing.

Granted, this relies on a few things - so if you're interested pm me and we can discuss more freely.

Overall, great job. Yet another quality video!

It was good, and you performed it brilliantly.

I just thought that the trick wasn't particuarly brilliant, but you performed it excellently. That is my opinion

Well Done :D

Congrats Stevebo ... that was another good video.

I'll have to disagree with you I'm affriad Kev ,... i think this is an excelent trick, probably the best on the DGP.

I performed it for friends the other night and the revelations are so strong and incredibly visual.

So true lol. The revelation of the Aces is the best part.

The trick was well performed and your sleights were amazing

However my personal opinioun is that the patter needs a LOT of work. You take far too long to perform this effect and it made it quite a drag to watch. If your going to take that long to perform, come up with a decent patter otherwise make the trick a lot faster.

Well... this trick does take long to perform in reality and specs still find it amazing. Even Danny takes this long to perform it.
