Health and safety tip for coin through soda can

Postby stevebo » Feb 18th, '06, 02:10

Ok... I just got my DVD today and I think it's a great trick.

BUT! I'd recommend that no one drinks the drink afterwards. I feel like throwing up and I think it's because of that now... D'oH!

Don't drink the drink!!!

I hope u remembered to take the coin outta the can before u drank it  or r u now waiting for nature to take its course  ??

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

Hehe you do not know who has had that coin before  It could have been lying in mud for days and someone found it and then you ended up with it, or it was in Mandrake's pocket :D

(Now, I don't know which one is worse. Only joking Mandrake :D)

I drank the cola with 20p in it but only 2 pee came out after a 30 minute wait.

Is this magic or is someone taking the p**s?

Cola is well known to have scouring properties, just leave an old dirty copper coin in cola and it comes out bright and shiny, just like the demos of the super duper cleaning products on TV. Another good use is in place of WD40 to free up rusted components – cola will releas most old rusted nuts and bolts if applied and left for an hour or so. It’s likely that the muck off the coin will be absorbed into the cola in the can but it’s doubtful that such a small amount would cause much harm.

Cola also rots n adult tooth if one is left in it overnight, and if a baby tooth is left in it, there is nothing to be found in the morning!

This is because Cola contains acid. As with citrus fruits :P. The acid is strong enough to destroy teeth (not literally) and muck off coins etc.

I'm not sure exactly how many urban myths are in this thread but I haven't yet read anything that is actually true.
