I need help with Harry Anderson's needle thru arm

I bought this a few days ago and I gotta question regarding the use of one of the items in the package and where I can buy extra supplies.

I can't really post the question here, as it may give some of the secret of the trick away.

If anyone has this can they plzz PM me and I'll PM them the question :wink:

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

Erm, I use Voodoo Needle Thru Arm, if that's any help. Not sure of the differences.
