They're all pretty much the same effect, the differences lie mostly in presentation.
The one difference is Aces in Their Faces - Personally, I wouldn't recommend this version. It has a nice hook to it, saying you can show the cards from all sides when the aces vanish. This is somewhat true, but incredibly misleading. It neglects to mention a few (I think fatal) flaws to the routine. I won't go into them for exposure purposes, but the nature of the effect just never sat well with me.
As for McDonald's and Dream of Aces - it's the same effect, just with different presentations. You can't go wrong with either one. It all comes down to personal style.
My biggest suggestion would be to check out magicvideodepot.com and run a search on all three products. I'm pretty sure you can find performances for all three versions. Take a look, see which one you like best, and suits your style, and get that one.
I've never used Dream of Aces, but I do love the presentation of it. In the past I've used the original McDonald's Aces routine - but I've since scrapped it for the John Bannon Iconoclastic Aces routine from Dear Mr. Fantasy. Different methods and presentation, but it suits my style nicely.
