An annoying spectator normally has their passion quelled by either embarrasment...
It is situations like these where a standby self-working foolproof effect comes in handy.
Keep your cool, and put them in a situation where they cannot comment.
Failing that, I have been known to hand them the deck or coins or whatever and ask the audience if they'd like to see the spectator perform a trick. The audience usually are receptive, and your spectator is left looking like a plonker. Either that, or they do something totally worthless.
After this subjection, they almost always pipe down a little.
