ellusionist do mention on their site somewhere about submissions, and that anything beginning along the lines of "pick a card" will often not even be looked at.

EDIT...

http://www.ellusionist.com/html/invent- ... tricks.htm

I believe Michael Paul is around here... check out the Card Under Glass challenge thread... Michael just signed on with Ellusionist and could probably give you more honest feedback than anyone else.

For the longest time I had problems with this company but now that Banachek and a few others have "helped" them get a bit better oriented and on the "right" path when it comes to magic, I think they may end up becoming a fairly solid company.

That's not my experience.

I signed up about 2 months ago, put up a manuscript, saw it sit in "Awaiting Approval" mode for several weeks, got no reply from an email asking what the problem was, eventually though "sod it", took it down, re-vamped it and sold it to Magician's Bookstore.

Lybray.com is a decent resource but your material better be solid or they will pull it.

Well I just sold a bunch of my books to Ellusionist. I suppose that means that I trust them.

I have known Brad for decades although I will admit that I haven't had much contact with him in the last number of years. I can't think of any reason that he isn't to be trusted.

I on the other hand...................
