Hi! My real name is Brian. I'm fifteen and I really enjoy magic. I stumbled onto this place a while back but seem to keep coming back. so i joined. I really like this place and all the advice and reviews you guys do. I like to do card magic but I only know a few tricks. The only card book i have is karl fulves self working card tricks. Can you guys suggest any good sleight of hand books for sort of a beginner beginner. I was thinking about getting Royal Road to card magic. any other good suggestions would be nice.

Thanks.

P.S I love this place. :D

Hello and welcome

Royal Road To Card Magic is also avaliable on DVD but is around £40 - £50 so you may want to stick with the book which is excellent I think.

Magic is real, just look around you, some of the most amazing things have no reason, no explanation but are very real.

get Paul Zenon's Street Magic also - very good for a beginner!

Yep, to get some of the basics, it's weel worth buying the Royal Road to Card Magic. While you're there, and if you think you want to branch out a little further, buy Mark Wilson's Complete Course in Magic.

You'll be set up for life with these two books.

You'll get the card skills you need from RRTCM, and Mark Wilson's book will introduce you to so many different types of magic you'll get lost!
