Improved DL...?

Struggling with an effect? Any tips (without giving too much away!) you'd like to share?

A variation of this has been done many times before, usually just to ease up handling though and not as a DL.

If you want them to handle the card then just let them handle it before you do a DL!

In "Blood on the Tricks" Curzon recommends making a double thickness card (glueing two cards together) and - I think - this goes under both cards to be lifted - apparently makes it a lot easier and you can do all the normals stuff with pack, because presumably if you've got two cards you want to keep on top you'll be controlling the top stock and a 3rd won't matter.

But really - practice practice! Train journeys, boring lectures, any time...!

only snag i can see is that if u were wanting to do say the ambitious card routine or any card to middle back to top trick that wouldn't work
