No instruction with PENETRATION FRAME

Hi everyone, I speak just a bit in english, but enough (I think so) to explain my problem here. ;)).
I bought a lot of magic tricks on Ebay, I received this pack today. Just one trick arrived without instructions : it's the penetration frame. I'm trying to find what to do with that... but I not able to find it. Someone can help me ?

PS: I'm a french canadian from Quebec (Canada).

Welcome to Talk Magic! I agree with Stephen. You should get in touch with the seller and express your concern with him. If this is an ebay sale and he refuses to provide you with the full instructions, you may be able to contact ebay and some actions may be taken against the seller's account.
