how many duplicate cards do you want?
If its more than half a doezen or so, you should just buy a one way deck, from any magic dealer.

I would suggest that if it's one particular card (for replacing signed or destroyed cards) that you get a one-way forcing deck.

Most dealers (myself included) can often give you a specific requested value. Basically you get a Bicycle deck containing 52 of the same value card.

pinnochle!

i picked up one of these in a walmart on my last trip to america, i was in a rush and saw them and thought "hm, a bicycle deck i've never heard of" so i grabbed one. then i opened it, and spent 3 and a half minutes wondering what it was all about, apparently there's some form of game you can play by having 9 through ace (or as they put it, ace through nine, which is very misleading) of each suit twice. never seen them in the UK though, must be an american thing.

Custom R&S decks made to specification - PM me for details
