So if I understand you correctly, you've paid for something but haven't received it yet?

Could let us know when you ordered it, the approximate value and how long ago you ordered it? Did you get a confirmation e-mail or something like that with references and contact details on? There could be logical and reasonable explanations for the delay but to avoid any conjecture and wild guessing here, if you could advise the facts of the situation, assuming you're OK with doing that of course, it would certainly help.

In the meantime, if anyone has contact from Kevin, perhaps he could be directed to this thread and help sort things out?

He's probably just on holiday or poorly and doesn't know his server's down or something.

Hi guys

well i have ordered stuff from Kevin before and it was an instant download.

this time i ordered Decent and realised as soon i had placed the order that one of my personal email addresses that i use for paypal, had actually crashed, and the person who owned the server that my domain was hosted on has chosen to not fix his server, i immedeatly tried to email customer support and got that error, i mailed kevin and i know it says that he does not deal with money but as i can't get anything sent in any other way i thought that maybe he could help.

i have no problem with Kevin or his site, but im worried that i have spent £12 and have nothing to show for it.

like i say, im not upset or angry, just want a fix. :) i wish i had seen my server was dead... :(

hope you guys understand.

Tony

First things first. Does your bank account show the £12 as being spent?
