...my favourite pocket trick the one where i make a hole in my inside jean pocket and ask a lady to check it for their coin...

if im off to a little get-together i take a TT writer or boon, pk ring, and a pack of cards...plus a little IT set up just in case...

Pack of cards, Coin Unique, Hopping Halves (Used to hate it, now love it with an alternate handling) Wallet full of packet tricks (Dave Campbells Oil and Water, Beyond Belief & Cannibal Cards to name 3 of the 12 I have with me)

And (if I have my bag with me) a selection of Modelling Balloons. I know, i know its not magic, but worked as a great ice breaker when I gave a lovely blonde lady called Michelle a vase of flowers made from 6 balloons the other day! (Its the only thing I haver learnt how to make. Its from the current issue of MagicScene Magazine) Never gonna leave home without them now!

I usually have on me at all times:

TT & FT with a silk
5 half dollars
Deck of Cards
4 rubberbands around deck of cards

If going out, depends on situation.

A Party (in addition to the above):
Coin in bottle (2 versions)
Hopping halves
Scotch and Soda
maybe the Alchemist Phantasy?(just hate having too many coins)
a few packet tricks.. color monte and Twisted Sisters.

Night out on the town:
A Jacket with most goodies listed above and a I.T.R and a Raven.
also, just added STS as one of my regulars... but don't always break it out.

Good to be prepared, but most often I do stuff with other peps things, or a pack of Bikes or the 1/2 dollars.

I always carry deck of cards on me, I used to have a TT in my pocket or a piece of rope, but for me - as a card-magician - Bicycle deck is allways enough. As soon as I get my order with PK ring, I hope it will be suitable to be worn all day long too.

Pocket tricks? A pack of bikes and a couple of dupes will do it for me!

I was born with Multiple Personality Disorder. Luckily, they are all me, they just dont always get along...

OK guys,

I'm embarrassed because I should probably know this.. You are talking about carrying a "TT" with you. What is that ?? Maybe i've had a complete brainfreeze..

For what it's worth on this subject..

A standard deck (normally carry Bikes or David Blaine's Split Spades)
An ID (same style as above so nobody spots the switch)
Coin Unique
Kolossal Killer (for "out" !)
3 Ring Circus
A 50p Coin Bite/Coin In Bottle

Bikes plus I.D. usually (although mostly just for outs, the ID is such a good effect I refuse to overuse it, however tempting), bikes include dupes, red card for "Overkill" and a few torn cards for Card Warp.
Sharpie
combined coin/flip/date prediction by Alain Nu (so portable, very good)
3 Ring Circus
A prepared 10p for that common (yet still effective!) prediction effect

I might start carrying Golden Key now that I've got a reasonable one (it's still gold but is at least shaped like a normal key, from eBay - if anyone finds a totally normal-looking one, let me know, although I have been in contact with a magic manufacturer about this so watch this space)

...and if I have my wallet which I usually do, I have Kolossal Killer. Again, used on select occasions or if I need another out and have used the ID already!

If I'm going out, all this will be easily stored in my black jacket, which I had tailor made in thailand for a mere £60. Includes 3 inside pockets on each inside, 5 small pockets (for coins etc) along the bottom on the inside, and a breast pocket that is secretly accessible through the inside too (love this feature!). I thoroughly recommend getting any necessary magic tailoring done if you go to Asia!
